Vilma Sandra’s outstanding abilities were also recognized in most important Contests in Mexico in which she won honorable mention in ceramics. In this remarkable miniature scene, she shares an aspect of her ancestral culture; tiny figures barter with other merchants for daily necessities, such as flowers, ceramics, and tamales. Vilma’s specialty is working in miniature.
