What is Cactus Fine Art?

CFA is a new channel for commercialize the best quality handcrafts in Latinoamerica region. The most important mission is to help the artisan to have fair prices and from the customer side an unique handmade products, great value and the best experience of purchasing the most exclusive products. 

Which costs are included in the Price?

In the price we have the shipping cost to everywhere, local taxes and VAT. You are seeing a Net Price. 

Which costs are not included in the Price?

In the international country destination doesn´t include: duty, customs adjustments and local VAT. 

What is the logo Made in Mexico?

Cactus Fine Art has a special certification of Economy Ministry that certified our products are produced by mexican citizens and local raw materials. 

Is there any difference between buying as a Guest or as a Registered User?

If you buy as a Guest, your information will not be saved in our data base. If you sign-up, we will save your data so your next buy will become easier and faster.

What is Masterpieces?

Masterpieces is a Special Category in Shop Menu to show the most unique and unrepeatable products in Cactus Fine Art. There are pieces that demonstrate the capabilities and different techniques from the Artisans. Here we have too the pieces that gained the most important Contests that we have in Mexico, National and State Award, 1st., 2nd., and 3rd., places and Honorary Mentions; CFA has the opportunity to offer you these unrepeatable pieces.     

How many techniques do you handling?

We have 17 different techniques: Carton & Paper, Dolls, Featherwork, Inlay Nacre, Jewelry, Lacquer, Masks, Metalwork, Miniatures, Other, Pottery & Ceramics, Textiles, Toys, Tree of Life, Vegetable Fibers, Wax and Wood.

Do you include the Frames in the different Pictures?

Yes, the frames are included as in the picture is showing. In all the cases CFA put the best quality of frame to have the best customer experience. 

Do CFA take professional photography?

Yes, we hire professional photographers to take the best quality of pictures and to see the minimum details in the handcrafts.

What is Arqspin?

Arqspin is a company that allow us to create 360º of the products.

How the 360º works?

We have 360º in all the products that we have 3 dimensions, the last image in Product description will be uploading to start the 360º, after loaded you drag to rotate or double click to zoom.

The Product that I am seeing is the Product that I will be receiving?

Yes, the images that you are seeing are from the same product that you will be receiving.

Can I use the photos of CFA to share, social media or other purposes?

No, Pictures, texts, graphics and formats are property of Cactus Fine Art and they are protected under copyright laws. Please ask if you are interested to use something to the email contact@cactusfineart.com.

Is the work signed by the artist? 

All the items we sell are signed with the exception by those of the nature of the material can´t be signed. 

Do you include Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, rare products included the CA from the Artisan however Cactus Fine Art delivers in all the products the Certificate of Authenticity.

What if you don´t have what I am looking for?

You can contact us. Due to the excellent relationship with the Artisans we can commission a piece for you. Please write to contact@cactusfineart.com or in the section Custom Work.

Orders & Returns

How is the order processing?

We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within three business days, pending credit card authorization. 

What I need to do to edit or cancel and order?

Unfortunately customers aren't able to edit or cancel orders through the website. If you need to make a change to or cancel an order please contact us with your order number and email address used to place the order.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, so if the order is already shipped you will need to wait until it is received and initiate a return. If you notice anything, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any changes before your order has been shipped.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our prices listed are in US Dollar. However, in the check-out process you Credit Card will be calculated in Mexican Pesos in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Do you have a Layaway Program?

Yes, most of the items on our website may be placed on layaway. Please do not purchase the item you want on layaway and then ask for layaway since we are charged a fee for the entire transaction.

Items can be placed on layaway until six months.  

We require a 30% down payment and the rest divided into monthly payments (5 monthly payments depending on the piece). All merchandise is considered the property of Cactus Fine Art until full payment has been received. In the event of sale forfeiture by client decision, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Until we receive the down payment item will still be available for purchase by other customers.

We accept Paypal payment and automatic credit card payment program.

What is your return policy?

Store credit will be issued for items returned safely. 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

From Huixquilucan, State of Mexico.

Are your products available & ready to ship?

Yes, all the products that we are showing in the website are to deliver immediately.

Where we ship?

CFA is shipping worldwide! 

Which are the carriers that CFA uses?

For both domestic and international orders, we ship via Fedex, DHL and UPS.  

How is the process of tracking my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email and be able to check full details on our track order page using your email address and the order number given in the confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send another email to notify you, including a tracking number so you can follow its status from door to door.

How long to receive your order?

Domestic Orders:  It generally takes 3-5 business days from the time of order to receiving it.

International Orders:  It should take 10-13 business days to receive your order, subject to customs evaluation. Please note that the time it takes to clear customs is out of our control.

I need my item shipped faster; do you have faster shipping services?

We can expedite your shipping and we will charge you the difference after you place the order. 

How will my order ship and be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged we use the Technology of Sealed Air Instapak to provide extra safety to our products.

What I do if I receive a broken item?

All our shipments are 100% insurance via all the Carriers. If any of our products arrives to you in bad shape, you must take a photo of the product, and package and box material, and send those photos to contact@cactusfineart.com with your order number. Please take as much photos as you like. We will begin the complaint to get the insurance and we will get back to you.

Payment

Which forms of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. 

Do you have a program of Credit Card Payment with no Interest?

For Mexican Credit Cards in all purchases no matters amount we accept 6 months with no interest.

How long will it take to process payment?

Processing a payment generally takes between 3-5 business days, though this depends on your financial institution. 

Which are the mechanisms of Payment Security?

Our payment gateway is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
